MCAP Data Pipeline for the Motorsports Team
Building a lightweight app that turns raw run logs into actionable insights for the team, from data cleanup to quick comparisons.
Working with the Formula Student team, we needed a better way to handle MCAP telemetry data from track sessions. Raw run logs were hard to compare and didn't give us quick answers during post-race debriefs.
The app ingests track session data, normalizes telemetry streams, and provides quick filters for runs, drivers, and event tags. We can now export clean summaries for analysis and share insights with the team much faster.
